There are so many personal training options out there, but at ForeverFit, I am really quite different.
As well as being completely private, female owned, affordable and well equipped, I provide a community based around wellness, equality and supporting mental health issues. This includes getting together to get involved with charity events, big discussions and support through WhatsApp.
I train all sort of different people and abilities, whether you're just looking to take your fitness to the next level, have a medical condition or maybe are simply a bit anxious in daily life. Sessions are catered to you, designed to produce improvements and not injuries!
All clients receive the following FREE with any personal training purchase.
★ Fitness testing, body composition scan and goal setting every 8 weeks. I test things like your core strength, explosive power and flexability, alongside a full body scan to get a full understanding of your health. The Tanita body scanner tells us your body fat percentage, metabolic age, muscle mass and more. Our goals are then set according to these results.
★ Daily habit tracking, nutrional tracking, independent session plans, stretch routines, weight lifting history, activity tracking delivered through an easy to use mobile application. For those who have a smart watch, I can also review your steps, calorie burn and sleep to make sure you keep progressing from afar.
★ Online fitness tracking, with all previous body measurements, goals, progress pictures and more available to review at your convenience. The beauty of this is it's accessible anytime by you and I, meaning we can callaborate with ease.
